The merger of Orix Securities and Monex

Monex Group, Inc. to a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Securities Co., Ltd. has been announced on 09/10/28. Is to be merged with the Company and ORIX Securities in around May 2010.
We are also indebted Monex myself that the increase in scale will be welcomed to improve services.
In addition, Monex, during 5000 yen cash back campaign carried out until 12/30 for the merger.
