Berkshire Hathaway to adopt S & P500 species

Prominent U.S. investor Warren Buffett (Warren Buffet said that the sage of Omaha, the world's richest man), led by investment firm Berkshire Hathaway ( Brka.n ) news flow split Class B common share is employed in the S & P500 , I was in after-hours trading the stock price volatility.
I am not so long time to get involved in the investment business, but Mr. Buffett would not buy I followed, maybe I should have more consideration to be adopted if the S & P .
